Connect TL-SG2008 to Cisco SG 300

Hi I'd like to connect a TP-Link and a Cisco switch. Both pc's connect on two different switches in seperate vlan should be able to ping eachother.
On the SG2008
Create vlan 10
Tag vlan 10 on port 8 , the uplink port
untag vlan 10 on port 1, where the pc is connected
On the SG 300
Create vlan 10
Make port 8 trunk mode access vlan 10
Make port 1 access mode access vlan 10
The ping fails why?
