I have a consultation with the media converter MC200CM Ver: 2.23 . I am connecting both via fiber a normal connection between Fibre ( LEDs PWR and green LINK) is set when I put the UTP cable into one laptop and another to a network point no internet connection ( States of the LEDs RX and LINK paid random green lights). But if I connect the laptop 1st connection is established and then put in another media converter cable that provides Internet ... the laptop gets internet access normally ...I exchanged cables and media converter 's place one probe to the laptop and the other on the laptop and the procedure has q be the same so that there is connections

this normal procedure?
Is there a problem with the media converter?Thank you
