Hi , I have a question related to TP link switch TL-SL5428. Switch was taken out from the current network. Currently I work on a new network and I don't have administrator rights and password. I don't know actual IP address, so switch needs to be reset to default setting. I tried to connect switch with cable COM with PC and run the terminal and result is “User Access Verification” which I don’t know.
Then I tried following manual http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-379.html but I stopped in the STEP 3 - there was no possibility “to enter the bootrom”.
Does anybody knows how to fix the issue? Thanks for your answer
