Vigi C340 cameras/Cannot link to my TP-Link account
Hello,
I am looking for advice regarding TP-Link security manager. I have bought 3 Vigi C340 cameras and was able to find these on local account in the security manager (can view them, set them up, everything works. However when I sign in and prompt appears for me to link cameras with my TP-Link account I receive response that "Device was not found".
Would you be able to advise how to solve this? I would like to be able to see my cameras also on my phone on different network, when I am not home.
