Currently I have ths TP Link TL-R470T+ on my network attached to my ATT Uverse modem. I have two static IPs from ATT which I have assigned to WAN1 and WAN2.

WAN1 - Public IP x.x.x.243
WAN2 - Public IP x.x.x.244

I have a server plugged into LAN1 and another plugged into LAN2 with seperated VLANs setup (VLAN1, VLAN2)

Sever 1 is a FTP Server with IP address 192.168.0.10 running on port 8080-8082 (running 3 different FTP sites on 3 different ports)
Server 2 is a ScreenConnect (remote access service) with IP Address 192.168.0.20 running on port 8040 and 8041

I went to Virtual server and setup two rules as follows:

1 FTP TCP/UDP 8080-8082 8080-8082 192.168.0.10 Active
2 ScreenConnect TCP/UDP 8040-8041 8040-8041 192.168.0.20 Active

Everything else is at the default.

I am having a lot of problems maintaining a good connection to both servers. The screenconnect connects but randomly loses connection, and then reconnects, etc. Same with the FTP Server, it cannot maintain a good connection. If I try uploading or downloading a large file it will randomly disconnect a bit after it starts. I am not sure what is going on here, perhaps I need to disable load balancing as I dont need that? We dont need any failover or load balancing at all.
