TL-R480T+ 4 WAN bonding does not work! please advise!

Ok so i have 4 Internet connections each gives me a download output of 450 Kbps so thats a total of 1800kbps but when i bond all the connections on the Router and untick the option (Enable Application Optimized Routing) in load balancing option i only get speed of 2 internet connections wan 3-4 do not give out the speed why is this max speed i can hit is around 900kbps i don t understand what i am doing wrong i have been trying for hours but no luck if i test each link direct to machine i get 450kbps i tried to give different mac address to each internet link but no luck.
Please advise accordingly.
