Omada Cloud Voucher Authentication not working as of 2025/02/03 SGT

Hello Omada,
Cloud Voucher Authentication suddenly not working today (2025/02/03), clients facing issue when trying to input voucher the voucher screen did not load, instead it shows ERR_TIMED_OUT. My cloud voucher authentication is working fine (although recently cloud voucher authentication become unreliable these past weeks) since the first time I use it until today, causing my clients frustrated why they cannot enter the voucher. Is there anything that I can do, my clients been hanging for couple of hours. Jeez.

Update: Adding Voucher Authentication URL in Pre-Authentication Access doesn't help 😢😢 still webpage not show ERR_TIMED_OUT

Update 2: cloud voucher authentication working properly when you switch to WiFI with internet access. It seems EAP restrict sending internet access to client, but still then it is not working even we already put voucher authentication url in Pre-Authentication Access.

What kind of controller are you using? What's the firmware version?
Please show us a screenshot of the error message page.
Please also try to delete the SSID settings and create the portal authentication again.
Will this issue happen on all wireless clients who are trying to connect to the portal SSID?

@Vincent-TP i am using the omada essentials cloud controller but 2 different locations doing teh same thing
ISPs are different but am using the 225 oudoors - Model - EAP225-Outdoor(EU) v3.0
5.1.6 Build 20240313 Rel. 43415

Hi @Skelta
Will this issue happen on all wireless clients who are trying to connect to the portal SSID? Or, for example, only happening on IOS clients?
If you don't mind, please forget the EAP and adopt it again to have a try.

@Vincent-TP I actually did all that, deleted and re adopted it.
Also it does the same thing on both Android and iPhones.
I have another site with the AX1800 let me try that then I see if it's an issue with the 225s alone

Also i have gone to a 3rd site using that has AX1800 device installed and the problem is the same
