Max distance to CPE?

Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :
ISP : BSNL
I had purchased new TLWA5210G CPE.
I had tested and configured the device with a small cable(around 1 meter).
But now i had installed the device on desired location.But something is not correct.The connections are:
DEVICE FITTED ON TOP OF THE BUILDING(3 STORIES UP)
[*]POWER INJECTOR IS ON THE FIRST FLOOR.
[*]THE LAN CABLE IS ATLEAST 15 MTR LONG.
[*]I CAN SEE THE POWER LIGHT GLOWING ON THE CPE. BUT NOT THE SIGNAL STRENGTH.

[*]What will be the possible cause?any problem with the lan cable lenght?
