Model: ER7206 (TL-ER7206)
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

My AP's are on line but my router and switch are disconnected, I have carried out every instruction from Support to reset but they remain disconnected (Router and Switch)

Here's the thing, whilst I can get onto the cloud, there doesn't appear to be anywhere in the cloud to establish if my products, Controller, Router, Switch and AP's are "Bound"

For me, the logical thing would be to assume that they are "Bound" as the Router, Switch and AP's are on the cloud as devices.  However, the controller does not appear as a "Device" but, on occasions, it has shown up as a client in a client group.  With the router and switch down, disconnected, the controller is not in a client group....

So, have an TP-Link login, where can I go, or how do I go somewhere, anywhere where I can check what is bound or un-bound and, the big one is - if such a place exists and units are bound, how does one unbind all units, re-register, bind and start again?

Any help would be welcomed, thank you /// ed

Hi @ed-ellis

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

After reading it, I am under the impression that you are using the Cloud-based Controller(CBC)?

Do you have any idea about what kind of controller you use? Bound to your ID which is usually we refer to the CBC.

It has to be connected to the Internet before you see it available on the CBC. Check if you have them connected and got Internet?
