Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 241227 Rel.58554n

After uploading to firmware version 1.21. When on the website via ip of the NVR under live view at the bottom right there is no longer the option to see multiple camera views. 

Below is a screenshot. Look at the right only the option for one screen.

Confirmed with the test team that there is a new change in the GUI. So, it might have a compatibility issue with other browsers now.

We recommend you use Chrome if you need to configure it on the web.

I don't have a model of yours. Do you mean this split-screen option is missing?

Try in the incognito mode of your browser? Any changes?

Yes, before i updated the firmware it allowed that. After the firmware it didnt. I just tried incognito and it still didnt work in Edge. The same browser it was working it. But I just opened Chrome and it is there in Chrome. What would cause it stop working in Edge after the firmware update.

 

Also, so that i dont have to start another thread unless you want me to. Is there a way to stop notifications sent from Smart events that are turned on by clicking a button on the mobile app somewhere. Let's say there is a bunch of people outside for the next hour push notifications are going off. Its a pain to open the DVR settings and go to all the cameras to turn off Push Notifications and then go back in and turn them on afterwards. I know there is a schedule you can setup but I dont always know when several people may be in an area they normally arent for an hour that i want to know about most of the time.

Not sure about the kernel. I think Edge uses Chromium now? But it does not display properly, it should still be a problem with the browser.

 

All of the firmware we released since last year was supposed to be best compatible with Chrome.

 

Plug-ins on your computer might also cause a problem. Can you verify with different computers using Edge?

There is no snooze or similar function on the NVR. But you can do it on your phone like iPhone or Android. But if you mean this on the NVR, it does not natively support it.
