Confirm your question:

When you cold boot the SG2005P-PD along with two PoE cameras connected to ports 1 and 2, SG2005P is powered up by 170S, these cameras do not power up when the switch has booted up.

After the cold boot, you gotta recycle the power of the 2005P and these two cameras come alive?
