I recently purchased a oc200 from Amazon (yes Amazon) and when I tried to add it I got the message "Your Cloud Controller  has been bound to another tp link ID.....Reset the controller etc....

 

I have tried to reset the controller and I have tried to use the recovery mode an nothing works.   Can anyone help.

 

 

Edit:  At some point I realized that I had a version 1 controller and was trying to use version 2 firmware.  Somewhere I found a v1 file and used that.   It has been working well after that.
