HeartBeat Missed error antenas

Quisiera saber como quitar el error HeartBeat Missed sale a cada momento y tambien tengo un problema con el roaming tengo varias antenas pero el usuario se mueve de lugares y se corta no hay una transicion inmediata y provoca perdidas
