ER706W Freebox
Hello to all friends. I would like to know if it is possible to no longer use my Freebox Pop internet box and only have the ER706W router take care of everything?
The goal would be to enter an optical fiber directly

Hi,
It depends if your ISP allows own devices connected directly to their infrastructure. You should ask them about the details.
Also, the question is, what type of fiber connection is used and if TP-LINK supports proper SFP for such connection.
Cheers.

Thank you for your answer.
What parameter should I ask for exactly?

I opened another post on the Forum because I am currently annoyed, I had an ER7206 router that I had managed to configure by magic, now I have an ER706W but impossible to correctly configure the parameters and have internet on the LAN port, my internet box is in Bridge and this happens on the WAN port

If you are not certain about it, you should contact your ISP field support and see if they can help you configure it.
Fiber specs should be asked when you contact your ISP. What type and kind of fiber, and what type of module do you need to buy, like single or multi-mode fiber? Wave length.
