Hi @HpW
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
Certain models due to the hardware limit, don't support port mirroring and showing its stats.
This port is WAN port, the dedicated WAN.
Physically, it is WAN(1).

So, I did as yestrady announced: A Factory RESET and than BINGO, look picture as in orange.
Even than WAN2 gets connected as WAN2 is now CHECKED.
Than did the ovious: Restored the privous backup. AND NOW, the WAN2 gets again as unchecked.
This means: the firware updates are in some way dependent and this looks as a clear BUG. This means also as a Factory reset & restore will no any longer help
to get the old state back.
You did not say that you have imported the backup.
Now, it only looks like your backup is corrupted.
We don't have ways to fix it. And it is not a bug with the system. It is the config corrupted. 😰
Are you importing the backup from the ER7206 V1, aren't you? Or from another Omada router?

Hi @HpW
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
Several things you should clear:
1. What firmware do you refer to? I am not seeing an official release with a build like yours. If you are referring to the beta, that's proper to describe it as the latest beta. Not "latest". And beta is what beta means. You might need to be specific about the firmware version and build.
2. Clear your browser cache or try the incognito mode to log in to the web.

As I did after received the new ER7206:
1) Connected by lan as 192.168.0.1 using port 3 as LAN
2) Set the Login User & PW
3) Changed LAN to 192.168.1.1
4) Than connected to again
5) Did the FW upgrade
ER7206v2_2.1.2_20240324-rel46738_common_v2_up_2024-03-24_13.02.55.bin
on ER7206showing: 2.1.2 Build 20240324 Rel.46738
6) later on connected to the Fiber Modem as with Ethernet connections to port 2
7) Port 2 flashed so I was thinking all is good, but was not the case while did not connected on dynamic IP as all address as 0.0.0.0
Than changed port 3 as WAN and LAN as 4 and now on Port 3 the connection worked
So with current config, some more pictures as shows clearly: Port 2 Statistic & Mirror & Rate Control is gone!

I see the issue. Something clearly does not look right. Yet, I don't see any mention of clearing the browser cache or trying to go into incognito mode. This matters as the cache can and has experience in making the GUI look buggy.
If you have tried that and it still does not show up, I think we may have a remote session afterward. But I would like to learn about this before we try something else.

Look, I used different PC's and different browser as Firefox or Ms Edge, all with equal behaviors :D
The funny thing is, as so one connect on port2 any WAN, it lights up. So one man thinks all is good. But internally as the setup pictures shows.
NOTHING on port 2 gets working as dynamic connection remains 0.0.0.0! In other words port 2 is as by GUI wiped out even on the Switch and so nothing gets done.
IMHO, port 1 as Fiber connections for WAN/LAN, Port2 only for WAN, the remaining ports 3,4,5,6 as WAN/LAN
My configuration is a Fiber Modem by Telecom company, than the TP-Link router for firewall setup's as the Fiber Modem is controlled by the Telecom Compagny O;)

Then, this is something new. I've never seen this before.
Will confirm this with the team.

OK, and this is not working in any regards, only the LED's gets light but NO any WAN connections.
As on the configuration picture setup, the WAN is as not active as disabled.
So waiting for new working FW.

RMA then. There is no new firmware regarding this issue. No one has reported this since the latest firmware was released. I wonder if you get the same issue on the replacement.

while would have to wait about 1 month (at least) until getting the new gear. So then no internet connections.
As a last try: will HW reset and test again... or purchase a second for backup purposes if one fails

I am inclined to believe this is not a firmware issue at all.
But what you described is something never reported before.
If you have cleared the browser cache and reset it, it still behaves so, you can get a second one and compare it.
Not sure about your region. For the RMA in NA, it would take 1-2 weeks. For the USA, you can get the replacement done within a week.
