Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: OC200(UN)_V1_1.32.6 Build 20241101

Hello. This morning, three controllers lost access via the Cloud. It shows the status as online, but when I try to log in, the message "Connection failed. Please refresh your browser and try again" appears. There is no way to check local access. At the same time, all equipment in the network has access to the Internet. Other installations with Omada do not have this problem. Thank you.

Hi  @Andrewspan

What's the firmware version of the OC200?

Can you access them now?

  @Andrewspan I have the same problem today, is there a problem with the TP-LINK servers?

  @Andrewspan

Thanks everyone, the problem was with the internet provider, I disconnected the WAN cable and restored access to the controller.

No it's working.

Only change I made is remove a setting for NTP setup and back to auto.

After saving and few minutes, Controller was back in android app and cloud access
