Hi TP-Link Omada Team,

 

I am experiencing an issue under Network Tool -> Network Check on my Omada Controller. Whenever I run a Ping or Traceroute, the output displays duplicate results. It seems that the same response is printed twice, which makes it difficult to analyze the network data accurately.

 

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a fix or any suggestions to resolve this?

We don't have this issue locally.

 

We are using Omada software controller, Windows version, 5.15.6.7.

 

Does the issue persist on your site? Did you try refresh the browser?
