Hello,

I've got a network made of mix of EAP245, EAP225, one EAP650 and one 615-Wall

When my laptop are connected on the EAP650 in 802.11ax, it remains connected on this EAP650 with a weak signal even if i'm in front of an EAP225 with full signal.

The fast roaming is enabled but does not seem to work. Why does my laptop stick on this weak signal ?

Thanks

 Hi @Ced2ric

Is this issue only happening on your laptop? Is your laptop a Macbook?

What's the encryption mode of the EAP SSID?

You may change it to the following:

  @Ced2ric

disable wifi6 on access points in settings and set encryption type to wpa2/aes

wifi6 hotspots use wpa3-sae encryption and there are problems with it in terms of roaming
