If VLANs are enabled, you may need to configure the access point to allow traffic between the VLANs that the printer and devices are on, or move the printer to the same VLAN as the devices;

Printer's Network Mode and IP Configuration: Some printers have different network modes, such as infrastructure mode (connecting to an access point) and ad - hoc mode (connecting directly to devices). Make sure the printer is set to infrastructure mode. Also, check if the printer's IP address is obtained correctly via DHCP.
