[solved] OC 200 V1.0 - "The controller does not exist."
Hello
If I want to check via the web interface whether there is an update, I get the error message "The controller does not exist."
Model OC200 V1.0
Firmware 1.31.3 Build 20240620 Rel.80383
A restart did not change the behavior.

Hi @RS217AIII
For better understanding, would you please share a screenshot of the error message page? Please also include the URL. Thanks.

Thanks for the quick reply.
The URL is: https://192.168.90.20/#systemSettings.
So it's a local address. I don't administer the controllers via the cloud, but locally via VPN. This works perfectly at the second location with almost the same settings.
By the way, the system works completely flawlessly and stably except for this error message when checking whether there is an update.

Hi @RS217AIII
Thanks for the information. Will this happen everytime when you click that button?
What if disconnect the VPN connection?
BTW, we have a newer version for OC200; you may download it from the following link:
Omada SDN Controller_V5.14.32 Pre-release (Updated on Nov 8th, 2024)

Yes, it happens every time I try, even when the VPN is turned off
I will install the new firmware manually when it is stable, as it is a production system. Otherwise I will wait until the official release, as there are no other problems
Thank you very much
