For anyone who is having issues with Sonos linking to each other on the TP-link Omada networks I found a solution that works if you are doing all WIFI setup.

Settings -> Profiles -> Bonjour Service

                                   Create New Bonjour Service

                                        Name = Sonos

                                        Service ID = _sonos._tcp.local

Settings -> Services -> mDNS

                                      Create New Rule

                                      Name = Sonos

                                      Enabled = Yes

                                      Device Type = AP

                                      Service = Sonos

                                      Service Network = 1

                                      Client Network = 1

Settings -> Wireless Networks
                                      Edit or Make Wireless Network

                                      Under Multicast/Broadcast Management

                                        Multicast-to-Unicast
                                            Uncheck all

                                        ARP-to-Unicast Conversion
                                            Uncheck

Settings -> Services
                                      UPnP
                                          Enable
                                          Interface WAN checked
                                          Networks All or Sonos vlan

These settings got our Sonos devices linked and talking together and linked, hopefully this helps anyone in the future.
