Adoption/Provisioning-Loop TL-SG2428P v1.0
Hallo,

Hallo @Clive_A,
thanks again for your support.
After a few tests, the decisive hint came from one of your German support colleagues. He recommended that I downgrade the switch firmware.
Instead, I first updated the OC-200 firmware to the latest version. The switch could then be integrated again and the network was up and running again.
Many thanks for your efforts and support.
Kind regards

Hi @Marc-214
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
Where did you get TL-SG2428P V1 1.1.12?
I don't see it available on the global site.
Also, the whole Internet cannot find 1.1.12.

Hi @Clive_A ,
Thanks for your quick reply.
The firmware upgrade was offered to me on the interface of my OC-200. Assuming that only correct and authorised upgrades are offered to me on this interface, I confirmed the upgrade. Since then I have been experiencing the problem described.

What's the controller version?
Please take a look at the controller page where recently an official version was removed.
If you are on the pulled off version, consider downgrading the controller to avoid an issue on the troubled version.
Even after the reset, you try to adopt it back to the controller, the issue persists?
Can you show a diagram of your network with IP marked out?
