I am encountering an issue with the EAP660 HD access point. I have connected the cable to the switch and applied the company's standard configuration, but the status occasionally shows as "Disconnected," sometimes as "Isolated," and at other times it appears as connected.

I would appreciate your assistance in determining the cause of these status changes and ensuring stable connectivity.

Is this disconnect issue only happening on one EAP unit, or all of them having the issue?

The firmware of the EAP660 HD is out of date, please update them to the latest 1.3.2 first.

What kind of controller are you using? and what's the controller version?
