EAP225-Outdoor(US) v3.0
Hi. Any help to diagnose the issue would be greatly appriciated . This is new ( 2 weeks old) acces point. I noticed clients disconecting randomly. connected to er605. OMADA is software SDN 5.14.26.1 running on proxmox container.
ALL ERRORS FROM EAP-225:
Replaced all the wires. Still the same. What would be the next step?

Will the uptime refreshed?
If yes, it is probably the power issue.
How did you power on these EAP units? With the included passive adapter?
Please try different power supplies, and plug them into wall sockets if possible.

When the issue happened, is the EAP's internet affected?
We had a new firmware for Omada controller, please upgrade it to have a try:
Omada SDN Controller_V5.14.32.2 Pre-release (Updated on Sep 26th, 2024)

@Vincent-TP Not sure yet. Most of the stuff on that WiFi network are iot's. It is difficult to catch it when network is out. I added custom ip monitor on my Home assistant so it will notify when EAP is out. I updated omada with new recommended release. I will report if any changes . Thanks man for taking the time

Unfortunately still the same thing.
I set up ip monitor (home assistant) pinging EAP225 every 30 seconds and it also detects AP resetting . everything is hardwired.
I also set up wifi signal strength log on one of the iots, and it also shows no wifi signal for corresponding times.
Should I just return it? AP is 3 weeks old. Previously everything was working fine with Archer A8 in AP mode . I replaced it with EAP225 only because I was never able to see Wifi clients properly in omada.
