I have 3 VIGI cameras,

VIGI C340

VIGI C330

VIGI C430

 

connected to VIGI NVR MVR1008H(UN)

 

I have enabled smart detections vehicle and human detection. However in the vigi android app when I see the playbacks, the only event available for filtering is "Motion Detection".
I have tried disabling monition detection amd enabling only person and vehicle detection, however I only see motion detection in events to filter. 

I am looking for ways to filter events by person or vehicle detection in the playback.

Make sure firmware are up to date.

Everything is uptodate, Camera Firmwares, NVR and Android/iOS apps.

It does not show up in the playback, so is that in the VIGI app or the NVR?

Can you describe this with a screenshot of the issue?

  @Clive_A Sorry for the late reply I was traveling. The playback only shows "Motion Detected" as events.

Attaching screenshots with some redactions. 

In the following image you can see all the detections enabled.

In the following image you can the events captured are only motion detected. This is from a decetly busy space whichs ee people movement. 

 

 

 

I have tried turning off motion detection and keep other detections on, however that does not work either.

To your question of if it is VIGI App or NVR. My Vigi App has NVR added as a device. The screenshots are from NVR via Vigi App.
