Model: EAP610
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.5.0

Hi,

I have a new EAP610(EU) v3.0 WIFI Access Point

I keep getting random disonnection for Wireless clients, mainly made up LG and Apple devices. If i try to access the SSID again, it doesnt allow me to reconnect. I seem to have reboot the Access Point every 2 days to fix the issue.

Logs on the controller ER7212PC v1.0 - Controller Software 5.14, Show nothing, no client disconnects or everything strange.

Has anyone else had these issues, is there a bug or anything that i should know about. I am not sure how to log a support ticket either, so thought i would try this method.

thanks

Chris

  @jowiedog

How far are the wireless clients from the access point? How do you power it? Do you still use the original power adapter? What happens when you try to access it again? You can try referring to this link to optimize your wireless network. How to optimize wireless performance of EAP products
