I need some clarification about ER706W capabilities, any advice would be appreciated.

I am looking for a device that can be managed remotely via cloud, have detailed traffic and data usage monitoring with capability of creating guest WiFi with captive portal and vouchers.

Initialy I used UniFi Express, however it have not reliable data usage monitoring (up to 50% variance compared to ISP) and randomly maxed out vouchers data when devices did nothing.

I wonder if the ER706W will be enough for my needs?

Hi @Shooter0

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

The question is not about the router. But the controller. The whole voucher and portal system are hosted on the controller if you use the controller mode.

Remote access, yes.

Voucher, the management page:

Monitor the guest's WIFI, I am not really sure what kind of stuff you wish to see. The graph and stats are mainly about the rx/tx of the wireless transmission.

Or the counts like this:

Recommend you download the software controller and try it out. Without any devices connected, you can have a brief view of the controller settings. Like the hotspot. It contains more settings than that simple screenshot.
