Hi,

 

Is there a reason why every time I try to upload a background or logo for the voucher portal I always get this error message?

 

I was able to upload before but now I can't.

  @Vincent-TP I tried it again today and it seems to be working now. But if you still want to test, here's the background.

If not, please email to TP-Link support and include this forum link.

 

BTW, you are using the cloud-based controller, right?
