Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with packet loss between my gateway and the second router. The gateway responds to pings normally, but the problem seems to occur during routing.

Could it be that the router is dropping packets due to security settings? If so, is there a way to disable this feature in the Omada controller?

  @Sefinek

Why the double-NAT?  Can you not put your ISP modem in 'bridge' mode?  If not, then can you at least set up the Omada gateway as the DMZ IP of the ISP router?

This is really interesting. When I turn off PingPlotter 5, the routing seems to return to normal.

The DMZ is currently disabled on my ISP's router. Do you think I should enable it? Or perhaps you have other suggestions for optimizing the configuration? I would really appreciate your advice.

Also, my provider's router doesn't support Bridge mode.

Thanks
