  @JeanV
The device label can be found on the device itself. Because this is an outdoor device, the label has been placed beneath the cover. To get it, remove the unit's small cover. In addition, the Device Key is not required during the setup process. The Device Key is used to set up the controller, not this unit.

We have an article that introduces how to use the Omada app to set it up. Please read it.

  @Hank21

Many thanks for your prompt reply.

I now have located the MAC information inside the cover of the EAP110 device. It indicates: A8-42-A1-F1-53-82.

On the Omada application, when I try to enter this code, it shows as A842-A1F1-5382- and the app indicates "Key format of the device not valid" (stated in french as Format de clé de périphèrique non valide)

Please see attachment.

Could you please explain how to proceed?

  @JeanV

There is no need to enter the device key. The Mac address is not the device key.You can skip that step and follow the instructions to set up it. Remember to switch to the standalone APs, which are located in the top right corner of the Omada app.
