To Anyone that had the same issue I did, I'm writing this post to hopefully save you some time. Jumbo Frames break on this specific switch when enabling DoS Defend on the switch. If you're using jumbo frames and turn on this functionality, just know that the ping flood security option will cause jumbo frame ICMP packets to stop working when trying to send, even if fragmented.
