You may consider the remote logging feature on controller. Select a site from the drop-down list of Sites in the top-right corner, go to Settings > Site, and configure 
the Remote Logging. For controller based, you can go to global view > Settings > Controller Settings to enable the Remote Logging.

Note that you need to  go to Log > Notifications and configure the notification categories, including Voucher Deleted, as Event and Alert for the current site.
