Model: EAP613
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.4 Build 20240312 Rel. 38091(4555)

It seems that my AP EAP613 is not able to send syslog messages to an external destination. I verified using wireshark on syslog server side (192.168.98.145) and any packet is receive on port 514 from the AP I'm testing. Below the picture reporting the configuration on my AP.

  @subbustrato

I did some additional tests and seems that syslog messages are sent just in the same subnet. According the screen I attached just messages with level WARNING (or higher) are sent

Hi @subbustrato

Thanks for sharing. The IP of the system log server should be a reachable destination for the EAP. If you would rather, you can enable the More Client Detail Log option so that the logs of clients will be sent to the server as well.

  @Hank21

I'm pretty sure that syslog server can be rached from myAPs, what I'm understanding is that there are no already known issues about the ability to forward syslog messages outside the local network of the APs... In next days I'm going do do more additional test.

Many thanks for the support.
