Hello,

I was installed Omada Controller using Windows version 5.13.30.8 and Linux version 5.13.30.8

and I am using TL Switch SG3428XMP with hardware version 3.0 and firmware version is 3.0.3

 

I was have issue when adopt the switch, always not successfull. I am using both windows and linux version still not success.

Can anyone help me? about my situation.

What is the topology of your network? Are you able to access to the web UI of SG3428XMP? And what is the error message when you tried to adopt the switch? Please disable the firewall/anti-virus program on your computer and try again.
