Port forwarding issue
Port forwarding issue
I am trying to replace an archer a7 with this er605 and am having an issue forwarding all the port on the network. I have spent hours searching these forums and google and nothing I do is working. I have gone to transmission>Nat> virtual server and filled out the standard required information like I have done many times in the last decade. I cannot detect any open ports. The previous router port forwarding was working so I am confident the pc firewalls are ok. I read also that the router ACL needed to be set to allow the virtual server through. I think that I have set this correctly, but this is a new step in my experiance in setting up PF. What am I doing wrong or is this just the router having issues?

It should be working... this is the frustrating part.

I can only suggest you factory default the router, set it up again, and configure only the DMZ pointing at your internal server. I have seen situations where these routers get a bad config and just can't escape without the reset.

@d0ugmac1
The issue was a filtering device called Bark. Once I turned it off forwarding acted like it should. Thanks for your insites.
