Wifi 6 (6Ghz) is just a gimic ?

Wondering if 6Ghz is WIFI 6 and if so is this just a gimic ?
I see following
Does this mean that my access points support Wifi 6 (band 6Ghz)?
Bit confused here and needs som input on this subject.

I think you are mis-interpreting...what you are showing are your Conroller SSID definitions, not the config or capability of the AP. The controller could apply a profile with 6Ghz to a combination of APs, only some of which are 6Ghz capable. Personally I don't recommend this, as I have had issues with this exact 'feature', and would up creating two similar SSID profiles...one for 6Ghz capable devices and one for those that aren't.

@ProSumerTester EAP245 only supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz. WiFi 6 is different, and is applicable to 2.4GHz and 5GHz on your access point.

..so that 6Ghz that I am seeing on my AP is not usable (gimic as I mentioned previously )?
