If I set the management vlan on my Omada controller, it doesn't apply.

The switch still responds on no vlan (native ethernet) and if I change the port on the uplinking switch to be vlan all I just loose connectivity to this switch.

Hi, could you please provide some screenshots when setting VLAN and the topology of your network? That will help making this issue clearer.
