Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.0

Hello everyone

I have a simple situation where I need a specific device having a MAC Address of XX-XX-XX-XX-XX and IP 192.168.0.191 to always use WAN1.

I have seen some documentation but for some reasons I am unable to follow as they are not very detailed.

Can someone please direct me in details into this.

I need the routing rule to be based on the MAC Address.

Thank you

Hi @WSK

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

The function you asked for is called Policy Routing.

You can refer to the User Guide for configuration. Or FAQ: How to configure Policy Routing on Dual WAN Router using the new GUI

Since the MAC address cannot be used in the IP Group in this article above(because it is layer 2), you can use IP-MAC binding first and then set this specific IP to the group and use the Policy Routing.
