Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 2.2

One of my ER605 vpn router is in the DMZ of the ISP's modem.

I set L2TP\IPSEC server with PSK.

From iphones, the l2tp\ipsec vpn client connection simply established succesfully.

From windows devices, we cannot connect with the same settings.

I have another 2 ER605 with static public IP on WAN interface (Not in ISP modem DMZ), and they work from iphone and from windows devices correctly....

Any idea?

so if it works, then it means there is no issue with the server. then you should consider following, phase 1 and phase 2, the proposal of the encryption.

are you using l2tp over ipsec? or ikev1/2 ipsec-psk?
