Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.24.0

Hi there,

Could anyone please pass on any suggestions on a little issue we are facing with an OC200 Controller and EAP225 devices?

We've two sites. Unfortunately, one of the site (physical) controllers failed, and the quickest/easiest (so we thought) way to move forward was to migrate the site to the other controller (both physical sites are connected with a VPN tunnel). We followed it through, and only 1 out of 10 APs have connected to the new controller.

All EAP225s run firmware version 5.0.9 and are set up with static IP addresses. 8 devices show disconnected, and 1 shows Isolated. Now I'd be a little less confused if all have done the same thing.

All APs are pingable both locally and remotely, and we can access to webpage/login page (can't you log into these once they're connected to the controller?).

Any ideas please?

Many thanks

Andy

Hello @HADYO8,

May I confirm whether these EAPs still work properly after site migration?

You may try to physically reboot them for testing. Are they in the same network subnet as the new site DHCP range?
