you can probably go for support about your issue if you can confirm that you created ssid for your adopted eap.

here's the thing, when you adopt them to the controller, by default, the controller does not broadcast a default ssid as it works in standalone mode. you gotta manually create a new wifi.

or it does not broadcast anything after the successful adoption.
