Hej, kan man montera denna switchen direkt mot en montageplåt i ett apparatskåp eller måste den monteras "stående" på en plan yta?
Since the TL-SG5412F does not have any moving parts (it is fanless), I think it can be mounted in any position. Of course, there needs to be adequate air flow around it, especially at the top. If mounted on a wall, best if its ports are facing down. If that’s not possible, proper cable strain relief should be use.
