1:1 NAT can only be configured when WAN interface type is Static, but not PPPoE/Static...otherwise no Interface options appear.

 

Below is with WAN/LAN1 configured as type 'Static'.  If configured for PPPoE, and the secondary connection is configured a Static, no options appear.
