Model: OC300
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.17.0 Build 20230328 Rel.52369

We tried to establish a Site-to-Site IPSec vpn connection between these two routers. The connection is established but there is no traffic passing.

  @test01

just a small comment, have you configured OpenVPN or SSL VPN on the ER8411? if you have it, IPsec traffic will not pass through, there is one or more bugs on the ER8411 that cause problems with the VPN

  @test01

So is 172.2.2.2 a typo and you actually meant 172.22.2.2?

Does 172.2.2.2 actually exist (or 172.22.2.2 for that matter)?  If so you might need to add 172.2.2.0/24 as a remote subnet.

and what is the source IP of the device that is pinging 172.22.2.2?  It's subnet would also need to be included in the Local/Remote subnets if it isn't 172.23.1.0/24

Ok, can you do three things and provide output?

1. ipconfig /all (delete any public IP info)

2. route print (delete any public IP info)

3. tracert 172.22.2.2
