The EAPs you have all support PPSK without RADIUS, and we use EAP245 V3 5.1.0 to do the test in the lab but didn't reproduce the issue.

May I know if you can confirm this issue started to happen after the EAP245 firmware upgrades?

 

If you re-configure the PPSK-related settings, can it work again?

If it can't, please share the screenshots of PPSK-related settings with us.

That's strange. The problem started when I upgraded my EAP245. When I changed PPSK without Radius to WPA2-PSK the problem was fixed and when I changed it back to PPSK the problem came back. When I try to connect my iPhone to my WiFi using PPSK i Got the message that the password is incorrect. When I move to the other side of my house where I'd connect with the EAP225 I'm connected immediatly Rebooting the EAP didn't helped either. Right now I've downgraded my EAP back to 5.0.6 and all the problems with PPSK is gone.
