ER605 showing as disconnected

Hi,
My ER605 is showing as disconnected on my OC200 portal.
I have rebooted the whole system, with no change
Is there an easy way to get it connected again? I really don't want to have to reset it, last time I did that it was a nightmare getting my whole system setup again I think.
You power cycled the ER605 and it didn't come back?
--> Yes, still saying disconnected
Any log messages around the time it stopped communicating? I assume it's still functioning, just not responding to the controller?
--> still functioning OK, but I can't get access to it, which I need to as I want to reserve some IP addresses
If you left your management LAN as 192.68.0.0/24 and the Controller is also currently on that LAN, then defaulting and re-adopting the ER605 should be about 5 minutes of disconnection discomfort. If your management LAN is different or you have the VLAN enabled, yes it's a bit more work.
