Model: TL-SG1016PE
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20221025 Rel.37272
Hello,

I have a TL-SG1016PE and I am struggling with the VLANs.
Any equipment that connects behind the ports and accepts 802.1q works without problems.
I use ports 1 to 8 for AP's with vlan 100, 101, 200, 201 and 202.
I use port 9 and 10 to link to other switches with 802.1q and it works.
Ports 15-16 go against the router by a LAG.
And ports 10 to 14 that should only be accessed by vlan 100 without tagging. I can't get them to work.

The configuration is:
VLAN1: not used, Not Member all ports
VLAN100: tagged 1-10, 15-16 untagged 11-14
VLAN101,200-202: tagged 1-10, 15-16 Not member: 11-14

in conclusion, ports 11 to 14 do not have connectivity

I use one TL-SG108E with the same issue, I will connect with a one port of TL-SG1016PE and put deterrents vlan's in mode untagged depending on the network required.

thank you!!

  @jam120d

I suspect it is a PVID problem. Set the PVID to 100 on those untagged ports in VLAN100.

It seems like your configuration should be working, but it appears to be having some issues. To further troubleshoot this issue, I recommend checking the port settings on the TL-SG1016PE. Make sure that the ports 11-14 are set to the correct VLAN, and that tagged/untagged is set correctly. Additionally, check your LAN cable connection to make sure that the ports 11-14 are connected properly.

If you have done all of the above steps and the issue still persists, you might want to try resetting the TL-SG1016PE to its factory defaults and reconfiguring the device.

I hope this helps!
