EAP650-WALL - Extremly slow wireless speed with VLAN set on wireless.

When setting a VLAN on the wireless the traffic is extremly slow.
The clients getting the right IP of the VLAN and i can ping to e.g. 8.8.8.8
But it is almost impossible to load a webpage, e-mail , etc.
When I disable the wireless VLAN everything is fine and fast.
I also got a EAP653 with the same setting, so with the same VLAN set on the wireless.
This is working fine and fast.
If I swap the EAP650-WALL with the EAP653 everyting is still working fine on the EAP653 and still extremly slow ont the EAP650-WALL.
This concludes that my connections, switch, router settings and internet connection are good.
When is set a VLAN on the ETH1 port (bottom port) of the EAP650-WALL the connection on the ETH1 port is fine and fast (still slow the wireless).
Must be a issue of the EAP650-WALL.
