Model: OC300
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: OC300(UN)_V1_1.17.7 Build 20221206

Could You please help me,

as after upgrading today to the latest version of OC300 firmware I have the inscription "2 Unarchived Alerts" in the Log section of Omada Controller though in the same section in CONTENT there is an inscription "No entry in the table.".

Whichever I do, trying to archive, nothing changes. But if a new alert is generated, I ca easily archive it.

How to get rid of this inscription?

  @VitaliyT This is a bug.... if you use the mobile app you'll see the 2 alers and will be able to archive them. Several people have reported it in another thread.

you can log into the app without the controller being in the cloud, add it as a local controller in the app

Thank You! Unfortunatly I am not using cloud access with Omada controller, so I cannot login using Omada application. I hope the bug will be corrected in the next version of the firmware. Moreover I hope the next version will return the option to delete archived alerts.

Well, it's Apr.2023 and I have the same problem. I have a OC200 v1 running 1.21.7 Build 20221206 Rel.58608 and I have 1 Unarchived Alerts that doesn't show up anywhere. It's not important, but after 4 months I would've thought this problem would've been resolved already.

So why don't you give the latest software for your OC200 a shot and try again?

  @Hoamboy

Thanks for the link to the new beta, I though I had the latest firmware (from 2022-12-14).

I have installed the new beta "OC200(UN)_v1_1.24.0_Build 20230328" and it solved the problem. I have finally been able to see the ghost event and archive it.

And by te way, as of today there's another - this time final - version out there for your controller:
