Hi

Dear TP-Link Team...!

currently we are using AC500 with 170+ AP's (CAP-300, CAP-1200, & CAP-1750) in different blocks. i want to apply portal authentication on several AP's (One Key Authentication or Web Authentication). 

After applying portal authentication splash page not viewed.

Look at your screenshot, did you set up a VLAN?
You can set a SSID without a portal in this VLAN to see if the clients can connect to the SSID? Can it ping 192.168.0.253?


Suggest that you check if you have a firewall in place which is preventing the device from communicating with 0.253 and therefore not opening the portal page.
